Tower
Who We Are?
LEO Tower is a property investment company based in Germany with a
portfolio of property investment projects around the globe. Started in 2012 by
CEO Dan Anderson, LEO
Tower is run by a Board
of Directors all of whom are experts in their field and have a wealth of
experience in property investment. The day to day running of the company is
overseen by its General Manager David Johnstone.
What Do We Do?
LEO
Tower uses a unique model
to attract both crowd funding and equity partners for selected projects. The
projects we choose must have a wow factor or meet our defined criteria of a
‘Hero Project’.
Where Are Our Current Properties?
LEO
Tower has already built
up an impressive property portfolio with some fabulous properties in stunning
locations. Potfolio includes a high end apartment looking out into the Sony
Centre in the heart of Berlin, luxury
apartments in Menorca, and a fabulous 9 bedroom Manoir in Fontainebleau, France.
LEO Tower certainly has delivered for its
investors.
Future Projects
LEO Tower
is currently working on further projects that will enhance its portfolio. There
is a 12 Villa project in the attractive Algarve
region of Portugal, a proper
French Chateau north of Paris and also a holiday
cottage project in the exclusive Muskoka region north of Toronto
in Canada.
